12月身體訓練課其中一環關於「接觸」,參加者二人一組,透過身體之間的接觸建立一套屬於兩個身體的語言。「操控」與「傳遞訊息」的分別,在於主導權。碰與被碰,主導權不在前者,也不在後者,而在兩者。前者傳遞訊息,後者自主選擇回應。感知被碰的位置、範圍、力度、頻率、方式,繼而回應或不回應,籍此構建對話。

對於舞蹈教育,自己一直在實踐中尋找更切近每個個體的方式去令他們對身體或舞蹈產生好奇和自信。這兩星期與日本的舞蹈組合Namstrops接觸、合作和交流中確實看到另一個以體育與舞蹈結合的方向帶領參與的人親身感受每個人都可以舞動的。

後天在東京的演出其中一組是他們教的學生,我跟著他們到達排練場,看到年齡不過是5到10歲的孩子在排練時展示出敏捷的身手、高度的專注和想像力,令我好奇他們是怎麼樣的文化底下,哪種舞蹈教育方式,花了多長的時間才能夠培養到這樣的孩子。

其實早在 #nmatuposu 第一次來香港辦工作坊的時候已經想記下他們對於舞蹈藝...
